• EBSA’s Terminated Vested Participants Project. TVPP investigations of defined benefit plans focus on plans that appear to have systemic issues with plan administration, particularly issues related to keeping track of terminated vested participants and beneficiaries, and timely distributing benefits
• EBSA’s focus on cybersecurity issues in our investigations
